Community Library Submission Terms
By submitting your work to Community Library, you agree to the following:
You retain full ownership of your work.
Nothing in this agreement transfers your copyright. Your art, writing, and ideas remain yours.You grant Community Library a non-exclusive license to publish your work.
This includes the right to feature your submission in our print edition, on our website, and in promotional materials for this publication (such as social posts or previews).
“Non-exclusive” means you are free to publish your work anywhere else, at any time.You confirm the work you submit is original and created by you.
You also confirm it does not infringe on the rights of any other person or entity.You give us permission to lightly edit for formatting or clarity.
We will always credit you by the name you provide.
If you have a preferred credit line, include it in your submission.Your personal information will only be used to contact you about your submission.
We will not sell, share, or misuse your contact details.Submitting your work does not guarantee publication.
All selections are curated with care, and we may not be able to include every submission.You may request removal of your work from future digital publications at any time.
For print editions already released, removal is not possible, but we can correct future editions or online listings if needed.
